YOUR MMU MEMBERSHIP

Start here. Stay connected.

Your member portal brings your membership, fundraisers and committee conversations together. Keep your existing member number. Setting up online access does not require the $500 new-member fee.

Your first sign-in

  1. Open Member login and enter the email address on your membership record.
  2. Choose “Email me a sign-in code.” Check your inbox and Spam, then enter the newest code. You do not need a password.
  3. Check that the name and member number on your dashboard are yours, then review your profile.

No email on your membership record, or no longer able to access it? Ask the committee to verify your identity and provide an activation code, then connect your account. Your committee activation code and your emailed sign-in code are different.

What you can do

Check your profile

Confirm your member number, name and contact details. If a record belongs to someone else, stop and contact the committee before making changes.

Review fundraisers

See each fundraiser’s deadline and recorded payment status. Open Pay with Zelle to see your remaining recorded balance and personalized memo.

Check recorded payments

Look for payments Finance has verified. Keep your bank confirmation and ask Finance about a missing entry before paying again.

Review beneficiaries

Review the family records shown here. Editing stays locked until permission is granted. Missing details should be raised with the committee.

Ask the right department

Send payment questions to Finance, conduct matters to Discipline, and membership or general questions to the Executive Committee. Read replies in your inquiry history.

Request support

Submit a fundraiser request for committee review. Submitting a request does not automatically open a fundraiser or approve benefits.

Paying with Zelle

Send to mphamvum@gmail.com using the email address, not a phone number. Open the fundraiser’s payment page for your memo and recorded amount. Check the recipient in your banking app before sending.

The Financial Controller verifies receipt before the app marks a payment as paid. A bank confirmation or submitted document is not an immediate app receipt. Do not send a duplicate payment while waiting.

Historical contributions are still being reconciled. A zero recorded balance does not confirm all past contributions are paid.

Membership and benefits

Benefits suspension does not end your membership. You can still sign in and continue contributing. Three overdue unpaid fundraisers suspend benefits; reinstatement requires clearing arrears, paying $30 and completing the 30-day wait. Ask Finance to review any incorrect payment record.

If you are facing financial hardship, request a payment exemption for Executive Committee review. Requests do not automatically excuse payments or erase earlier arrears.

Help with login

My code has not arrived

Check the email spelling and your Spam folder. Wait for the resend countdown before asking for another code. If delivery still fails, contact the committee; do not keep submitting new requests.

My code expired or does not work

Use only the newest emailed sign-in code. Choose Send a new code when the countdown finishes. Never share a sign-in code with anyone, including committee members.

I signed in but my membership is not connected

Signing in proves access to your email. The committee may still need to verify and connect it to your member record. Use your committee activation code if you have one, or contact the committee with your member number.

I use a shared phone or computer

Sign out using the member menu when you finish. Do not share your email account or sign-in codes with another member.

Read the MMU bylaws and check your notifications for committee updates.
